State Title Expands Promo & What is Lebron Thinking?

Speaking of June, that is when the NBA Finals will be taking place and at this point I really question whether the Heat will make it there. Having watched last night’s game two loss to the Indiana Pacers, it was nice to see that the Heat were up to their old tricks again. It is truly fascinating how they have this incredible ability to not be successful in tight playoff games.

Pushing the Ball Out

In the post, Creating Separation the focus was on the last two steps that you take as you push past your defender and attack the rim. The steps need to be long and low as you explode up toward the rim and finish out in front of you and away from the defender. This week the focus will be on the actual push out dribble used to create the separation between you and the defender.
