Summer is the time where players are made and there is no better place to do so than at Elite Basketball Training. Elite Basketball Training offfers you the complete solution to your development as a basketball player. This includes individual, semi-private, and group skill development, sports performance training, and a variety of college planning programs such as SAT, ACT, and academic tutoring, college recruiting, video services and much more. On top of all of this, Elite Basketball Training has moved into two new facilities servicing northern, central, and southern New Jersey and with that has three new and exciting programs to offer for the summer.
Elevate Yourself (Vertical Jump Transformation): The Elevate Yourself program is designed to specifically increase an athlete’s vertical jump. It will focus on strength and power which will make you a more explosive athlete and enhance your success in your chosen sport. The Elevate Yourself program is a 3 day a week program that lasts for 10 weeks, and is open to players who are high school age or older. For maximum success in the Elevate Yourself Program, it is understood that the athletes will sign up for and attend the 30 workouts. With this in mind, billing can be broken up into monthly payments. Also Call to inquire about special discounts that are available for this program. Elevate Yourself Pricing: 3 installments of $300 1 payment of $850.
Summer Skills: Summer Skills is for basketball players of all skill levels in grade school, middle school and high school, both boys and girls, and is designed to replace the traditional basketball day camp. Summertime training is geared towards improving basketball fundamentals and conditioning over a prolonged period so that players can take what they learn each week and work on it prior to the next week’s workout. Basketball players who want to gain the edge and have a desire to reach a goal should experience Elite Basketball Training’s summer skills program which will run once a week for six weeks. Summer Skills Pricing: $140 for all 6 sessions.
Fundamentals of Fitness: The Fundamentals of Fitness program is 2 day a week program that lasts for 6 weeks. This program is designed to introduce sports performance training (strength, conditioning, speed and agility, and flexibility) to children in 7th grade or younger. There are no weights used in this program. The athletes will use their own body weight as resistance. This camp is open to athletes from all sports. Fundamentals of Fitness Pricing: $180 for all 12 workouts.
