Let Elite Basketball Training, LLC be your strength, speed, and agility consultant.  Rich Stoner owner and operator of Elite Basketball Training, LLC will provide everything that your team needs in the area of speed, agility, and strength training that your team needs to gain that competitive edge. 

Rich has trained and coached many collegiate basketball players that are having great success including David McDaniel of Montclair State University and Marqus Blakely of the Unversity of Vermont.  He has also worked with the Monmouth Power AAU program over the past two years.

Consulting Programs

allow you to have all the advantages of Rich’s strength training philosophy no matter where you live.  You can receive expert and personalized strategies for you or your team for individual basketball skills training, basketball strength and conditioning, or both.   These services utilize the telephone, online video, and email.  You can also have Rich come to your facilities and personally design and implement a strength, speed, and agility program that coaches and teams can use each day. 

Elite Basketball Training’s

Telephone Coaching Program:

This coaching session is great for coaches and athletes who have a base knowledge, but could use more information in order to reach their goals.  You will be entitled to two 30 minute phone consultations per month.  These sessions can be used for questions and answers or as a time to review past success and/or failure.  In addition, Rich can also help you design a program to reach your specific goals for strength and conditioning or basketball skills training.

 

 

Elite Basketball Training’s

Customized Workout Plan: 

 

This program is personally designed by Rich Stoner and includes:

  • An initial 30 minute phone consultation and continued email support
  • A workout plan with recommended exercises and guidelines on reps and sets
  • Video analysis of the exercises to ensure proper technique and form
  • A four week schedule with grid to document your’s or your team’s progress 

The Customized Workout Plan is meant to take the place of a personal trainer that you would hire for a significantly inflated price at your local gym.  Note, you do not have to have access to any fancy equipment for you to be successful in this program.
