Bowtie Agility Drill
A Simple Message that Makes a Big Difference
While attending The Rising Stars charity dinner about a month ago, I looked around the room of the New York Athletic Club, and could not help but notice the likes of Jayson Williams, formerly of the Chicago Bulls and current ESPN analyst; New York Giants great, Michael Strahan; Jeff Nelson, former pitcher and world series winner with the New York Yankees; Chris Duhon of the New York Knicks; Marcellus Wiley, former NFL Pro Bowler for the San Diego Chargers; and many other great stars.
Don’t Miss This (Basketball Agility Drill)
I hope that you all enjoyed your Memorial Day weekend and the unofficial start to summer. With that being said, we are less than a month away from the first week of Elite Basketball Camps. Don’t miss out on all of the programs Elite Basketball Training offers to get your son or daughter ready for the 2010-2011 basketball season.
