With the Elite Basketball Bootcamp only two weeks away from finishing up its summer session, I have been giving people a look into some of the training that we have been doing since the middle of June. These basketball players are really starting to see the results. Each week someone new is picking up a heavier sandbag than they did the week before. They are challenging themselves and each other to jump farther, sprint faster, do more pushups or pullups, and lift heavier weights. I’m telling you, the atmosphere is great!

Are You a Basketball Warrior?
My Elite Basketball Training workouts always focus on developing great skills while getting you in the best basketball shape possible. I want them to be warriors on the court so my workouts are always harder than the games themselves. Honestly, what good is a basketball player who can make all their jumpshots while standing around and shooting but is not in good enough condition to get open or even get up and down the court?
Explosiveness, Efficiency, Conditioning, and Staying Low
Looking at the title, it would be hard to argue against these characteristics being important to the game of basketball. Players who stay low can react quicker and get to spots before their offensive or defensive opponent. Consequently, these players will be more explosive defensively and offensively.
