Due to the increased success of the Metuchen Summer Hoop Camp, an autumn version will hit the hardwood for the first time next month. Metuchen High School head coach Rich Stoner saw his summer camp enrollment increase fourfold in just its second year in existence, and figured it was time to open camp for the fall.

Prowler Races Plus a Free Workout Offer

With the Elite Basketball Bootcamp only two weeks away from finishing up its summer session, I have been giving people a look into some of the training that we have been doing since the middle of June. These basketball players are really starting to see the results. Each week someone new is picking up a heavier sandbag than they did the week before. They are challenging themselves and each other to jump farther, sprint faster, do more pushups or pullups, and lift heavier weights. I’m telling you, the atmosphere is great!
