FREE Elite Basketball Bootcamp Workout (Video)

The Elite Basketball Bootcamp is in full swing and the athletes are really starting to see the benefits of the hardcore training. With the workouts being outdoors and no weights available, we are hitting it hard with body weight training, sand bags, kettlebells, speed and agility, and plyometrics. Not to mention the intense finishers and core training that we close each session off with.

Elite Basketball Bootcamp Survivors…An Update

With basketball season well underway, I decided to do some research and take a look at how last summer’s basketball bootcamp survivors were faring in their seasons. This group of guys committed two days a week for the majority of the summer to the intense basketball specific strength, speed, and conditioning workouts that the bootcamp provided and the results were evident as each one of the guys that attended is having success at their respective schools.
