Winter and Year Round Programs
Born to Score Holiday Hoops Clinic:
Who: All players 5th grade and up
When: Monday, December 29th 9am-12pm
Where: East Coast Conditioning (216 Tingley Lane, Edison)
Cost: $49 If you Preregister; $69 Day of
The Born To Score Holiday Hoops Clinic will focus solely on scoring and will ensure that you will “Get Buckets” this basketball season. This comprehensive three hour session will include elements of Elite Basketball Training’s five key components to scoring:
- Getting open
- Shooting Properly
- Creating Space
- Reading the Defense
- Finishing at and away from the basket
There is no doubt that when you leave the Born to Score Clinic from Elite Basketball Training you will be ready to fill it up the next time you step on the court.
Train to Maintain: 8 sessions for $149 (spread out over the course of 10 weeks)
Basketball players train all year to develop speed, strength, and athleticism and many times over the course of a 3 month season many of the gains that they made are completely lost leaving them to begin again at square one when the season is over. Furthermore, the rigors of long practices and multiple games can leave the body tight and sore making it difficult for basketball players to perform up to their capabilities and in some cases experience injuries. Elite Basketball Training’s Train to Maintain program serves to eliminate these common basketball training issues with a proven program that will allow players to maintain their strength and athleticism as well as increase mobility and decrease pain and injuries. Basketball players looking to gain an edge over their competition this coming basketball season should experience Elite Basketball Training’s Train to Maintain program. 12/6-2/7 at East Coast Conditioning in Edison.
FUNdamentally Sound: 8 sessions for $199 (only 2 makeup sessions permitted)
The FUNdamentally Sound program is for beginner basketball players who are looking to learn the skills and fundamentals of the game of basketball. Throughout this six week program, players will participate in drills that focus on ball handling, passing, finishing, and shooting. They will also learn the basic concepts of the game of basketball while improving their basketball IQ. Most importantly, they will have FUN and participate in games and contests throughout the entire process. Basketball players who want to gain the edge and have a desire to reach a goal should experience Elite Basketball Training’s Fundamentally Sound Program which will run for eight weeks beginning 1/7 in Red Bank from 4-5 pm.
Elite Skills Training (Formerly Wednesday Training): 8 Sessions for $225 (2 makeup sessions are permitted)
Elite Skills Training is for intermediate to advanced basketball players of all skill levels in grade school, middle school and high school, both boys and girls. This program is geared towards improving basketball fundamentals, specific skills, and conditioning over a six week period so that players can take what they learn each week and work on it prior to the next week’s workout. Basketball players who are seeking a progressive program that provides the most complete solution to elevating their game in order to gain an edge over the competition should experience Elite Basketball Training’s Elite Skills Training which will run for eight weeks beginning 1/7 in Red Bank from 5-6:15 pm.
Saturday Skills Training:
Saturday Skills is for basketball players of all skill levels in grade school, middle school and high school, both boys and girls and is designed to develop their skills all year long. This program is geared towards improving basketball fundamentals, specific skills, and conditioning over a prolonged period so that players can take what they learn each week and work on it prior to the next week’s workout. Basketball players who are seeking the most complete solution to elevating their game, want to gain the edge over the competition and have a desire to reach a goal should experience Elite Basketball Training’s Saturday Skills program.
Saturday Skills: Saturday 9-10:30 am in Edison
Saturday Skills Pricing:
- $160 per month for 4 sessions or $130 for 4 sessions with the Referral Rewards Program
- 8 sessions = $300 or $250 with Referral Rewards Program
$40 for a walk in day rate
Personal Jump Shot Training:
These workouts are designed for a lot of specialized attention and feature the revolutionary Pro Shot System. The Pro Shot System was designed by Paul Hoover and is based on the jump shooting secrets of professional basketball players. I have had the opportunity to work with Coach Hoover and learn this system and now I am bringing it to you.
* These workouts may include 1,2, or 3 players however each player will have their own individualized program.

Sports Performance Training
(Takes place at East Coast Conditioning in Edison on Monday, Thursday and Saturday and at Crossfit Red Bank by appointment)
Elite Sports Performance is the sports performance training branch of Elite Basketball Training, LLC. Owned and operated by Rich Stoner, they specialize in training athletes of all ages and from all sports. Rich is a USAW certified Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist. He utilizes his background in the Olympic lifts as well as many other training techniques including, body weight training, strongman, kettle bells, medicine balls, etc. By combining these techniques Rich creates highly effective workouts that work on the athletic movements that are necessary for each athlete’s respective sport. These innovative techniques make training fun, intense, and successful.
Sports Performance Pricing:
12 Sessions per month (3 x per week) = $360 Referral Rewards Price = $310

Elite Basketball and Sports Performance Combo
Combine our Weekly Skills Basketball Training with our Elite Sports Performance Training and experience the ultimate way to elevate your game. Team sessions allow me to work closely with the coaches to determine the specific needs of that team. Training together as a team will provide the players with a sense of accomplishment, knowing that they completed the training together. Basketball skills training will be catered to the team’s specific offensive goals. Consequently, the drills will be done in a way that produce an effective and efficient offensive team. We will also work to improve the team’s overall sports performance through on court strength, speed, agility, and plyometric training combined with conditioning.

This type of training is not for everyone. The sessions are very demanding of all athletes and require a willingness to work. My coaching style is very positive but also very honest.
