All of the Elite Basketball Training programs are designed to improve your basketball skills and athletic ability while improving your toughness and competitiveness.
Methods of Payment:

* There are no makeups and no carryovers for all paid programs that run for a specified period of time (Ie. Beginning 1/15 and Ending 2/15)
Any paid program that is a package of 4, 5, 8, 12, etc. has a 6 month expiration date attached to it.

Elite Speed, Agility and Skills $199.00
Elite Speed, Agility, and Skills training program will be held at both the Red Bank and Edison locations. This program is the perfect program for you to prepare for your upcoming basketball season. Based on Elite Basketball Training’s popular Elite Speed and Skills info product, available at www.basketballspeedandagility.com. This 8 week program will focus on developing your first step quickness, acceleration, and change of direction with and without the basketball. This is not your run of the mill speed and agility program as it will also include basketball skill development and conditioning along with the speed and agility work so that you are getting the most efficient workout possible. If you are looking to impress your coach this winter then the Elite Speed, Agility and Skills Program is a must for you this fall. (This program will take the place of the former Saturday Skills program at the Edison location)

Fundamentally Sound $150
The Fundamentally Sound program is for beginner basketball players who are looking to learn the skills and fundamentals of the game of basketball. Throughout this program, players will participate in drills that focus on ball handling, passing, finishing, and shooting. They will also learn the basic concepts of the game of basketball while improving their basketball IQ. Most importantly, they will have fun and participate in games and contests throughout. Basketball players who want to gain the edge and have a desire to reach a goal should experience Elite Basketball Training’s Fundamentally Sound Program.

Personal Jump Shot Training:
These workouts are designed for a lot of specialized attention and feature the revolutionary Pro Shot System. The Pro Shot System was designed by Paul Hoover and is based on the jump shooting secrets of professional basketball players. I have had the opportunity to work with Coach Hoover and learn this system and now I am bringing it to you.
* These workouts may include 1,2, or 3 players however each player will have their own individualized program.
Personal Jump Shooting Workouts Pricing:
$80 per workout
$300 for four workouts within a month

Elite Basketball’s Personal Training (Basketball and/or sports performance):
1 session = $75
2 sessions = $140

Sports Performance Training
(Takes place at East Coast Conditioning in Edison on Monday, Thursday and Saturday and at Crossfit Red Bank by appointment)
Elite Sports Performance is the sports performance training branch of Elite Basketball Training, LLC. Owned and operated by Rich Stoner, they specialize in training athletes of all ages and from all sports. Rich is a USAW certified Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist. He utilizes his background in the Olympic lifts as well as many other training techniques including, body weight training, strongman, kettle bells, medicine balls, etc. By combining these techniques Rich creates highly effective workouts that work on the athletic movements that are necessary for each athlete’s respective sport. These innovative techniques make training fun, intense, and successful.
Sports Performance Pricing:
12 Sessions per month (3 x per week) = $360 Referral Rewards Price = $310

Elite Basketball and Sports Performance Combo
Combine our Weekly Skills Basketball Training with our Elite Sports Performance Training and experience the ultimate way to elevate your game. The best basketball players not only are the most skilled but are also in the best shape. Combining these two programs will guarantee that you become that player.

4 skill/4 sports performance = $240
4 skill/8 sports performance = $360

Team sessions allow me to work closely with the coaches to determine the specific needs of that team. Training together as a team will provide the players with a sense of accomplishment, knowing that they completed the training together. Basketball skills training will be catered to the team’s specific offensive goals. Consequently, the drills will be done in a way that produce an effective and efficient offensive team. We will also work to improve the team’s overall sports performance through on court strength, speed, agility, and plyometric training combined with conditioning.

This type of training is not for everyone. The sessions are very demanding of all athletes and require a willingness to work. My coaching style is very positive but also very honest. If you are easily offended or not willing to work to the best of your ability, then I would rather not waste your time or mine.
